When we say P.U.P. (yes, it’s an
acronym, not “pup” nor “poop” lol), most often than not, we’d think of
just-functional facilities, not air-conditioned classrooms, worst not functional
ceiling fans (gosh, just by saying PUP nga eh nararamdaman ko na agad yung
init ng paligid hahaha), noisy surrounding and a lot more not-so-good descriptive words.
As a PUPian and an active PUP-JPIAn (Junior Philippine
Institute of Accountants officer/member) I was privileged enough to visit (four) 4 PUP
branches/campuses, stayed in two (2) (San Juan and Sta. Mesa) and I
gotta say, well, those aforementioned descriptions are kinda true.
However, please remember that in every rule there's always an exception or maybe a deviation from every norm charot! So if you’re to be a freshman
in PUP San Juan, then congratulations! You're in the most beautiful PUP campus/branch there is. Well, I'm from PUP-SJ so I can be bias. 😉

Wide and clean hallways. Yes, clean - you can actually sit on the floor while waiting. Lol. |

School gymnasium - obviously.

A carpeted and fully air-conditioned multi-purpose hall.

And a lot more. I remember one of our professors once called us - the spoiled PUPians. And know what, moving from this campus to PUP Manila (for BSA's evaluation exams) I realized, we kinda are.
Here in PUP San Juan, you won't experience to be in really long lines in cashier's window, registrar or any other offices during freshmen enrollment or graduation or any other events. You can use the comfort rooms and poop literally comfortably lol (Short story: One or maybe two of my friends traveled all the way from PUP Manila to PUP SJ to poop 😂).
But hey, I'm not here to say that you should choose PUP San Juan over the other branches/campuses. Come on, PUP Manila is good (and for sure the others are too depending on your need) - the accessibility to necessities like computer shops, dormitories, ugh foodsss plus the feels of really being out there battling your way for that diploma; it's all in there. It's like the complete package of being a certified isko or iska - well off course, that's why it's the main campus *facepalm*. What I'm really trying to say is hopefully, in your stay at Sintang Paaralan, wherever it is - you'll be appreciative of the little things and make them somehow a driving force to be better everyday. Like in PUP San Juan for instance, we have all these facilities and good learning environment all while paying very minimal fee (compare to other universities). Indeed #EdukasyongDosePesosBitch.
